Biscuit Weight Control
Description:
- Main Issues of manual system: 1). Gap between Die Roll and Pressure Roll.
2). Accuracy and repeatability.
3). Loss of raw material due to inconsistent weight of biscuit.
FEATURES:
- The required Gap is calculated automatically by the system from sample biscuit weights.
- The operator simply puts a sample of typically ten biscuits on the weighing scale and presses a button.
- The system measures the actual weight and calculates any changes in gap required. Then it adjusts the gap according to the desired weight.
- The gap is maintained even if density of the raw material changes to ensure constant weight and minimum wastage.
